Official refund policy for Festivals: No refunds will be issued for bad weather unless we cancel all or part of the event due to dangerous conditions. This is a rain or shine event. For medical and other emergencies, we will consider it on a case-to-case basis. ***Expedited camping set-ups are in place a week before the event, so we need at least a week's notice to ensure a refund for set up fees. We pay all our artists, some traveling long distances to perform. We also pay our caterer who buys food for meals over two weeks in advance. As such, no refunds for music or food will be issued within two weeks of the event. Please allow ten business days after the event for any refunds to be processed. As a small business, we rely on your support to keep having these events in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!
